On July 24th, Ueda, representative director of the NPO Yubari Fanta, announced that the event would be held in Yubari City.

Currently, we have begun a third-party investigation into the operating system and uncovered past unfulfilled payments.
We are proceeding with a policy of fulfilling our responsibilities.
In addition to the survey, in preparation for holding the film festival, we will be working to meet the expectations of creators and movie fans.
Volunteer staff are arranging the venue and planning the event.
Since the meeting in October 2023, the personnel has been reviewed several times, and the internal system is still unstable to this day.
